House of Savrii specialises in thoughtfully curated handloom sarees, particularly in cotton, linen and silk.As many of our products are handcrafted and handwoven, slight variations in colour, texture, weave and finish may naturally occur. These are characteristics of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Product images are displayed as accurately as possible; however, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

Details regarding whether a saree includes a blouse piece will be clearly mentioned in the individual product description.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify product details, pricing or availability without prior notice.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time the order is placed will apply to that order.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received or a Cash on Delivery order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or other unforeseen circumstances.

We accept online payments through Razorpay and Cash on Delivery, where available.

A nominal Cash on Delivery fee may apply as determined by the payment gateway.

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• India: approximately 4–5 days after dispatch
• International: approximately 15 days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, weather or other unforeseen events.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by their country.

Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit or an incorrect product being delivered.

We carefully inspect every saree before dispatch.

To request a return or exchange, the customer must:

• Contact us within 2 days of receiving the order
• Send a written request by email to houseofsavrii@gmail.com
• Provide clear photographs of the issue
• Provide an uninterrupted opening/unboxing video of the parcel, showing the package and product clearly

Requests received after 2 days may not be accepted.

The same return and exchange policy applies to discounted products. They may be returned or exchanged only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage or an incorrect product being delivered, subject to the conditions above.

Customised or altered orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Where a return or exchange is approved, applicable return shipping charges will be communicated to the customer.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment gateway, subject to its processing timelines.

All content on the House of Savrii website, including photographs, text, logos, graphics, designs and branding, belongs to House of Savrii or its respective content owners and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

House of Savrii reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with the revised date.
